1 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services and content on the t299.org website and the t299 mobile application ("Platform"). t299 operates the Platform and provides all gaming services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, a notice will be published on the website and registered members will be informed by email. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall prevail.
• T299 reserves the right to suspend or permanently discontinue any service at any time.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to register an account on t299. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited. Age verification is mandatory under t299's Terms & Conditions.

You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If an account is registered using false information, t299 reserves the right to close that account and forfeit any remaining balance.

• Each person may register only one account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not share them with any third party.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to another person.
• Withdrawals may be restricted if KYC (Know Your Customer) verification has not been completed.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

T299 supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits are generally processed instantly. Withdrawal requests are completed within 5 to 10 minutes in accordance with t299's Terms & Conditions, though delays may occasionally occur when additional verification is required.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500 (subject to change).
• KYC verification is required before making a withdrawal.

• Deposits or withdrawals using a third party's payment account are strictly prohibited.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, t299 may freeze any transaction and report it to the relevant authorities.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

T299 offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements, which form part of t299's Terms & Conditions.

Wagering requirements must be met within a specified period after receiving a bonus. If not completed in time, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

• Bonus claims from multiple accounts on the same IP address or device are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, t299 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
